How Pro checkout works
Pro checkout is email-linked before payment starts. You can upgrade through the extension after email sign-in or through the website checkout using the same email.

- Use the same email you use for ScoutPing sign-in.
- Complete payment securely through Paddle.
- After payment, open or reload the ScoutPing extension popup.
- Sign in with the same email if needed.
- After payment, open the ScoutPing extension and use the same email to activate Pro.
Payments are processed by Paddle. ScoutPing does not store full payment card numbers.

What is Proposal Assistant?
Proposal Assistant helps create an editable proposal draft from the current Upwork job context, your proposal settings, and your saved profile summary. It is optional and does not submit anything to Upwork.
Does ScoutPing auto-apply to jobs?
No. ScoutPing does not submit proposals, click the final submit button, or apply to jobs for you. Proposal Assistant only creates editable draft text. You review, edit, copy, and decide what to submit.
Does ScoutPing guarantee I will get jobs?
No. ScoutPing helps you notice matching Upwork jobs faster, but it does not guarantee interviews, contracts, income, replies, or job success.
What is Pro?
Pro unlocks higher limits and advanced controls such as advanced rules, country exclusions, editable search URL, previous-client filtering, Telegram alerts, and multi-device access within plan limits.
How does billing work?
Pro checkout is opened after email sign-in in the ScoutPing extension. Payments are processed by Paddle. After payment, open or reload the ScoutPing extension and sign in with the same email. Pro access will be restored when your purchase is confirmed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscription cancellation and billing support are handled through the billing flow and/or Paddle buyer support.
What happens if Upwork changes its website?
ScoutPing may need updates. Some features may temporarily stop working if Upwork changes its interface, layout, access behavior, or technical restrictions.
